Lord. It is hawt in the Metro. I don’t mean like sexy, cool hip people wondering around my neighborhood with their curly bike handles and shit. Plenty of those (I might be guilty of owning one). I mean like, I’m sweaty. Like reaaaaal sweaty. HALP.
I think this photo sort of sums up how I’ve been feeling lately. Work is a sanctuary. Never thought I’d say that. But the central air is my jam.
And… shout out to Melany M… that air conditioner you gave my is saving my life (though I haven’t seen my Xcel bill for this month yet).

But I can’t really be too grossed out about being so sticky on a daily basis. It’s gorgeous out. I went to the beach three times this week.

Pretty soon snow will ruin my life again. I think the remedy is to just embrace it. Soak in the sweat. Behold the stink! I am SUMMER.
The only person I really feel bad for is my chiropractor. Biking to his office on a 90 degree day and asking to be adjusted is just cruel. Hehe.
